The Kid Sense Graduate Program nurtures not just clinically competent therapists but well rounded professionals (a much broader skill set than just clinical competence) who are ready to progress into early leadership roles upon completion.
This 24-month program supports your graduate year as well as long-term career success by actively developing your mentoring and pre-leadership skills. 6 modules are completed over 24 months, targeting specific skills to develop well rounded skills and abilities.
The first 12 months of the program focuses on making a difference through establishing basic clinical competence through clinical assessment and treatment. This is built upon throughout the second year, with a strong focus on understanding specific diagnoses, multimodal treatment modifications and approaches, enhancing professionalism, and developing mentoring skills for teaching and preparing for leadership roles (for those interested).
Our Graduate Program is a two year program for Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. It includes; online training, group workshops, 1:1 supervision, and modules across the course of your first two years of your career.
