These roles are focused on developing and empowering our young clients across the (0-18 as main focus) age span and diagnoses, as well as nurturing our staff team skills and constantly expanding our professional development.
PD is what we do best – with group learning termly and awesome personal PD budgets to spent the way you want to. Enjoy our flexibility policy to flex your hours, use TOIL to extend a weekend or earn a little extra through the incentive program.
Senior Roles are focused on nurturing less experienced therapists towards professional confidence and competence. By leading, educating and supervising their therapy team, it affords the Senior therapist the satisfaction of indirectly and positively impacting the lives of many children and their families, while simultaneously nurturing the therapists under their guidance.

Our dedicated Admin team make the therapy teams’ job easy! Managing scheduling, invoicing and compliance across our 6 sites our Admin team are the friendly face and voice of our team. In between giggling with our young clients and chatting with their parents, our team are helping families in need to get the help they want in the way they want it. Between giggles and phone calls, the days wizz by in a flash!
